As a first time buyer I had no idea where to start, Reece Bailey was my appointed mortgage broker and my god is this man a miracle worker! He kept me in the loop on a daily basis( even on weekends and bank holidays). Sean mcdougall is our mortgage broker, he has gone above and beyond to get our mortgage, which has been a challenge due to our employment circumstances and a deadline with the sellers. He has been helpful, reasurring and did not stop until he got us the best deal. He's kept us updated all the way and taken care of all the difficult work, liaising with lenders, our accountant, solicitors, estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble, he is now sorting our insurances. We are so grateful and would never use anyone else now we have met Sean.

The process was really easy. Everything was explained so I understood what was needed and what the best option was for myself. The mortgage rate I received was lower than what the bank could offer, making it more affordable for me. Also, the timings for meetings was flexible so able to work around my job commitments in evenings and even weekends.
