        Amazing, friendly service, I visited the shop with my dad who was after a rollator, nothing was too much trouble, my dad was able to try several out before making a decision, everything was explained in a patient manner, we werent rushed or pressured, its so rare to come across great service like this! Thankyou so much for your help today!

        Bought a pair of slippers for an elderly relative but was unfortunately too big took back to the shop where the lady serving was very rude and very sarcastic told me she would have to do a refund even though it was an exchange for a smaller item said the refund had gone through on my debit card then took another 45 out of my account for smaller pair checked my account and the refund had not been put into my account so according to that I have paid 90 for 1 pair of slippers NO NOTICE UP IN SHOP SAYING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES won't GO BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT STRIGHT AWAY But money for paying for an item does this is disgusting.
