He didn't charge us anything for checking the laptop, and he also gave us suggestions about buying computer parts, etc.
What's more, he kept our broken laptop while we waited for the parts to arrive from China. At first he wouldn't charge anything for putting the parts together, we insisted and he agreed to let his technician do the job and we could pay him.
Now the laptop finally runs again without any issue. We couldn't be more thankful to Peter and his team.
