Shamaiar and Luke an the rest of the team at rugby branch have been absolutely amazing From start to finish They are nothing like other estate agents I have dealt with they were so helpful nothing was to much in helping us find the perfect home Honestly cant thank the team enough.

Would definitely not rent with these if you would like to get your deposit back! 1 month after leaving and still no deposit back. No reason as to why apart from blaming the landlord for delays. Contractually we should have received either the deposit or a reason as to why we are not getting it within 10 days. Maybe it is the landlord delaying but as the company letting the property it is surely their responsibility to ensure the contractual obligations are adhered to. Im sure they would have if it was the other way around.
