A smooth process with the store manager, the store manager Marie was amazing, I walked in with no idea on what I wanted and after her help I picked my carpet in no time and fully informed on what I was buying thanks to her, she is such a lovely person and I will definitely be recommending tapi to my friends and family and coming back for the rest of the house, Im excited now to get fitted!

I was wary of using a chain superstore for carpets as I anticipated an inpersonal and indifferent service. However, with the budget stretched, we needed to convenience of the 0% finance option, and, having Tapi recommended to us by our builder we gave them a go. I was welcomed by Fiona, who, if you look at other reviews on here, seems to be a legend. Her ability to identify what I was looking for, when I had little clue, and to reduce the baffling choice to 3 or 4 possibilities, lending us decent-sized swatches was invaluable. She is a legend. Nick came around to measure up and ensured that there was as little waste as possible, and advised us on thread direction. He was also very friendly and personable. We got a date before Christmas, for which I am very grateful and the fitting was efficient and so far (a week and a half later) extremely good. I have no hesitation recommending Tapi Rugby to anyone and we will be using them again. Thank you Tapi Rugby and Merry Christmas. P.S.
