Went into the rugby store spoke with a nice gentleman called gav he was extremely helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend rugby store.

On visiting another store on the retail park, I felt hounded pressured and uncomfortable, when I was eventually able to leave I chose your store, what can I say, what a breath of fresh air, we walked in, and was greeted, but aloud to browse then when we were ready a friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable lad called gav jumped in and answered any questions and really helped us in knowing of dog friendly grey laminate, cant say enough, gav and your team are a credit, enjoyable visit, considering I'm not a great shopper due to previous store. Thank you all
