Selected two pairs of shoes but one pair had black body with white soles later at home I looked at the web site and they had the same pair of shoes but with black soles weren't offered these not good service

Took my nephew in on Saturday and was greeted by Chris. He dealt perfectly with Leo, engaging and discussing aesthetic merits of his choice of shoe as well as ensuring fit and comfort. Great customer service. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience here today. We were served by Hannah and she handled my autistic son with learning disabilities extremely well. She was very friendly but not in your face and let my son feel like he was in control and went at his pace. She didn't push any sales and seemed more than happy to help us even though we didn't really go in to buy any, just to have a look around and see what it was like. This is the first time he had been into a shoe shop as he normally gets them from the hospital, but he really wanted to see what a shoe shop was like and Hannah made his first experience extremely positive! I doubt we will ever go anywhere else from now on! She was so good we did buy some in the end and he was so happy with them! Thank you!
