        Went today to post an international parcel via DHL and the ladies working there were very friendly, helpful, patient, welcoming and customer oriented. The lady behind the counter was naturally eager to assist in filling my form & completing my paperwork. Her other colleague was nice and friendly. The Manager said hello as they carried on their work. The shop is neat, tidy, enough room between the aisles; the items are well displayed and easily accessible and overall very good first impression. I will go there again in future as it makes such a big difference to be greeted with a smile and kindness in a working environment... A great Thank you! UPDATE: Today 10th of December 2022 I went again for another DHL international postage and Mala was very professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient in helping & advising and with the same smile I experienced nearly a uear ago. The consistency in the amazing service is to be applauded. I could have chosen to go to any other locations but came back here after 8 months because I still remember how nice and helpful the staffs were. Thank you again. Keep it up and Mala is a gem!
