Tried sorting four links which had twisted and locked get removed from two other jewelers, which they failed to do. Went to this warren James store to ask for help, the two ladies working were lovely & really helpful, mentioned they will try to get it fixed and to come back in a little while. Came back and they had managed to untangle it & removed the links asked! And to top it off didn't charge for the service, overall really helpful & thought it was worth a good review! Thanks for your help
