So much so, that by truly understanding our existing needs and issues, he would be great in potentially finding us a new home in the future or a useful resource for further works if we stay where we currently are.

I recently purchased a house through Cadman Homes. Liam was great, and he went the extra mile to ensure the completion of my sale. He had extensive contact with my solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the management agency and I, pushing every step of the way (it took months, but he was always chasing everyone to get things sorted). Based on this, I definitely recommend Cadman Homes, and I will use them again for future purchases and sales. Thank you.

Can I just say that Liam at Cadman Homes - Local Property Specialists dispels all the thoughts and myths about those in his profession. He has supported me since July 2022 to help me purchase one of his properties - he was getting no commission from me as the purchaser (I had a private buyer) but he chased my solicitors on a daily basis and put in so much time and effort to helping me sort out issues. It was a simple cash purchase but it still took until 8 December to get sorted thanks to the stupidity of others but Liam was never grumpy, never stopped working with me to get things resolved (and this has continued post-purchase too) and at the end of it gave me a house-warming pack! I just cannot commend him highly enough for his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and will never use another agency. His team are also just as wonderful. So, my grateful thanks Liam and I hope you are kept very busy helping other people find their dream home - you deserve to be rushed off your feet.
