STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I called them as I needed a brand new kitchen and bathroom and after several calls no one had the courtesy to reply to my messages. That I thought was very peculiar. I was told someone called Lisa Melvin the director would call me back as she deals with bathrooms and kitchens herself. After a few days, I had forgotten about it as I did not hear from them and then out of the blue, a lady called me. This behaviour should have turned all my alarms on. The conversation went down the hill. First of all I found this woman full of attitude, very cold but most of all unprofessional and rather nasty I would say. This lady has no people skills and by the sound of the conversation not much experience in dealing with customers. What sort of company was she representing? I was enquiring about prices so I could have an idea of costs and she was not helpful at all. She was very rude. I was absolutely shocked about my telephone call. Do these people want any business? After that, I could not possibly order my bathroom and kitchen from them. I do not deserve to be treated like that. What sort of level of quality service was that? The lowest of the lowest. It is a Builders Merchants building. I should have known better! That explains their manners on the phone. That speaks volumes about what they have to offer. I do not want my kitchen to feel cheap and if something breaks along the way, could you imagine the hell I would have gone through to get a replacement from these people? No quality kitchens or bathrooms. STAY AWAY and KEEP LOOKING!

Brilliant Toto showroom and expert advice from Lisa. Sourcing of items was handled with great care and attention. The advice and personal service was outstanding, as a result we now have an amazing bathroom. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Kuche & Bagno were so friendly and helpful when we were looking round the showroom for ideas, we were so impressed with the quality and amount of products on display - much more than at our local Wickes or B&Q showrooms! Lisa and the teams interior design knowledge is second to none and they work with your budget to create a design that not only looks amazing but features high quality products too, you wouldn't get this elsewhere.
