I called the agent on Monday to arrange a viewing of a rental terraced house. I was promised that the agent would call me back when they will be ready to arrange viewings. On Wednesday I called again and I was told that the viewings are happening on Saturday and all the viewing slots are booked. If you are not planning on contacting me anyway, why do you collect my contact details?

Adrian is awesome! From start to finish of this difficult process hes been aces! This has been a long complicated process thats only been made easier by the help of Adrian! Always around to answer our questions (even the most stupidest of ones), and even our kitten loved the tour of the house with him.

Martin and team just sold a second property for us in two years. So efficient and work very hard to get a sale and follow it through. Commission is not the cheapest but well worth it considering sale price obtained and how quick (one week).

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Marcus was everything you could want as a first time buyer, he talked us through everything and was there to answer our questions at any time as well as being very on it with helping us chase our solicitors when they didnt play ball. When he showed us our house he really made it feel like a home which was very refreshing as we had seen a lot of houses with other agents at that point who definitely didnt have that personable touch.
