        Absolutley SHOCKING customer service from a member of staff who states they have 16yrs customer service. Just came in to ask about collecting some trousers from NEXT online. Basically, not their (staff) problem and was treated like I was an inconvenience - EVEN THOUGH THE SHOP WAS EMPTY! Interesting quality customer service responses "If you aren't happy - cancel the order" or the classic closing line "...whatever!". Took your team 16 years to learn that? We will never EVER use NEXT again - let alone go to this shop. If I could register ZERO stars I would.

        The shop itself is very nice. I went in store today to buy cushions. I think I was the only customer shopping upstairs. There were two female staff working hard and one man in a black suit with an oriental appearance behind the counter. As I was the only customer I walked up to the counter and the man looked at me in disgust. He rudely said " wait there". He then called to one of the ladies who were busy working and said " you have a customer". She had to stop what she was doing to come and serve me. She was pleasant like you'd expect in a store. Why couldn't he serve me? Not sure if he's the manager but if so he showed a shocking example. He was then just walking around the floor looking relaxed and doing absolutely nothing. I felt sorry for those busy female shop assistants.
