I visited today 30.03.22, explained my situation (leaking waste pipe and new washer being delivered), I thought I would need a new bit of pipe or seal/washer. I was helped by the lovely Craig and another customer, who happened to be Kez from the Boiler Doctors. I bought my parts and went on my way. I got home attempted to fit it and it didn't work, so I called and spoke to the even lovelier Ellie. She gave me Kez's number and he ended up coming out to fix it for me. As it happened the part I bought would have never worked because the water pipe was in bad shape, so it was replaced! Absolutely brilliant team effort, so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend you give them a visit.

Excellent customer service and went extra mile to help me. I arrived a few minutes after official closing time and while I would not blame him for turning me away, he kindly opened the door in case urgent (and it was) and was so patient in helping me find exactly what I needed, and supplied it at a very reasonable price. I was late because I had just come from another plumbing supplier, who had the same official closing time but was less helpful when they served me and then closed up early. A complete contrast in customer experience and recommend going to these in first instance.

Great customer service. Easy to deal with and Rob and Andy really went the extra mile keeping me informed about my order all along. I changed my order twice so I wasn't the easiest customer but they were super helpful.
