After having 3 evaluations through David Wilsons movemaker scheme, we decided to go with Brown and Cockerill not only because of their evaluation being higher than the other 2 but because Carl at this stage was professional and gave time to talk to us about potential value, market value and then gave an honest view on a quick sale without underselling the property. We settled on a figure that would give us a good amount of equity while ensuring that our property was placed at a price that would sell as quickly as possible. Aaron was assigned to us and within hours our property was on the market and within the first few days we had our first viewing, and what turned out to be an offer at our asking price. The service throughout has been great, communication has been brilliant and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent estate agent in the Warwickshire area. Couldn't fault them. Brown & Cockerill have been our letting agent for the last four years and we have mostly dealt with Leasa. Shes friendly and professional and makes every interaction easy. She makes a great effort to balance the needs of tenants and landlords and we always know she has our interests at heart.
