We tried to arrange to let a property through this company and were very keen on it. However, the estate agents heard from us that we were still selling our house and from that point onward were not interested in our offer. I told them our financial position, was secure and it was our plan to rent while we sold, but their line was simply, until you sell we can't help you. This just seems crazy. Worst part of it is, we are now renting just round the corner from this house and it's still on the market. I tried to phone them to clear it up. They never responded. I was left feeling like I wasted their time, and that no one cared enough to speak with me. Left with a terrible experience. And landlord is stuck with an unrented property 3 months down the line
