Not the best customer service.. went in there with my partner to try and merge our accounts and talk about an upgrade and we waited for 45 minutes before a member of staff talked to us, no apologies for the wait either :/

Really bad experience with one of the staff on my first visit. Second visit to collect my now working brand new never used phone a great improvement.. This time I was served by Gemma (I think -sorry if I am mistaken) a great experience, polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
