        Found the staff really helpful when I needed to send a parcel after the main post office in town had refused to do it! A gentleman offered to look after my bike as there was nowhere to lock it up

        Rude, unhelpful, dishonest female shopkeeper. She completely lost the plot when I asked if I could use my app which has tracking information on. She called me stupid. She laughed in my face and made up things. She said I was angry when I was just disappointed and trying to find a solution. I refused to go back and sent my husband in. She has sent 1 parcel back, but the poor lady who sent it (and lost her money) hasn't recieved it. I have 3 separate parcels here and she told my husband they are not there and refused to double check. They are there. The tracker says they are. She is a liar with disgraceful customer service.
