        Ian is very friendly and his quotes are very competitive but very hard to receive the appointment on time. I would have given him 5 but declined to give 3 due to appointment being cancelled at the last minute after waiting 4 weeks and was cancelled without sending in written that my appointment was cancelled/double booked.
