I bought my current house through Picklescott earlier this year (feb/march). I found David and his team to be very helpful, polite and professional. Their lines of communication were excellent, and responsive, and they made the whole house purchasing experience progress very smoothly. Definitely one of the few estate agents in Rugby I would recommend.

David and the team at Picklescott have provided an excellent service to our family over the last couple of years. In 2019 they successfully managed the sale of one of our family homes at a price we were really happy with, and more recently, they provided a valuation service for another family property. Each time we have dealt with them, they have been friendly, efficient, professional and discreet. Myself and my family will highly recommend their services. After trying to sell our house unsuccessfully with another agent for 6 months we were very disheartened and not very optimistic at the prospect of trying again. However, Picklescott helped us secure a buyer within just 3 weeks of going to market, and supported us through the process to enable us to complete the transaction in just over 4 weeks, during possibly the busiest time for the housing market in recent years. I cannot recommend them enough, their professionalism and honesty really shone through and the whole team was always on hand to help us with anything we needed. A special thanks to Tracey for helping us push through the sale, without her proactiveness Im not sure we would have got the result we wanted in such a short time frame. Picklescott were not able to help me but pointed me in the direction of another agent who were. I found Picklescott to be friendly, polite and helpful. They were very quick at getting back to me and I appreciated their help. I would recommend them.
