        We were helped by an agent by the name of Jessica Hunt. She was so accommodating. NO ONE and I mean no one would help us with our situation with the distance issue and making the veiwing but she went over and above to accommodate us and helped us find the perfect home. We are officially moved in and happy with our service. We were welcomed with a lovely box with vouchers and goodies. Just that extra touch to making moving into your new home that much better we were also told that the application could take weeks but Jessica sorted it out ASAP, we felt like a priority to her. It was a great experience. Anybody looking to rent, definitely go with Shipways - ask for Jessica if she's available, she is unbelievable.
