        Visited a resident who was feeling unwell. I was concerned that l was able to walk in and go to the flat without being challenged. I tried to find a member of staff but was unsuccessful. The communal lounge was locked due to vandalism and l had to talk to the resident in the corridor.

      • Violette's Dolls Fun Time

        Some of the Staff are amazing while others don't know what they are doing. A specific college spent over an hour on the phone with me to help check regarding an issue that turned out not to be with them. They did seem a bit slow in there actions but did get to the point in the end. It was about bidding for a house and to see if we might be the people who got one of there properties bit unfortunately not this time. If they are as persistent as they were O n the phone to resolve a problem then I think it would be very good to have them as your housing association. There is still room for improvement with speed and knowledge but other then that they did good. If they are your housing association then you are fortunate
