Booked in for a massage days in advance. Was sent confirmation etc and received plenty of notices about their cancellation policy and how I would lose my money if I just cancelled within 24hours of the appointment which is fair enough. Then, less than 24 hours before my appointment I receive an email to say theyve cancelled my appointment with no explanation no option to rebook. Didnt even have the courtesy to pick up the phone to offer a different appointment. Very unprofessional. This is the first time I have tried this salon and certainly wont waste my time again. Now Im still struggling with tension in my shoulders because it was too late to book anywhere else and having to wait 3-5 days for my money back. Not a great experience.
