Ive never been a fan of commercial gyms and wasnt sure what to expect from CrossFit Volentia. But it has genuinely been a game changer for my fitness! The coaches are great and everyone is so friendly. There are no egos and everyone is there to cheer you on. Just give it a go and Im sure you will also love it!
