        Tim Barker gave us a first class experience. He called the night before and arranged a time for the next day. On the day he was on time, very courteous and explained everything. He found a fault and arranged for it to be repaired next day. A professional first class service and I highly recommend Tim Barker as a great engineer and Custom Heat as a 5 star company.         If Custom Heat Ltd are good enough for Worcester-Bosch then they are good enough for us! The engineer arrived on time and did an excellent job accessing our boiler. Definitely recommend.
