        Poor admin, be prepared for a long wait on the phone, there's no email address, so virtually impossible to acquire an appointment

        I've been to Ruth now a few times for various procedures such as Dermaneedling and Botox to name just a couple. She always talks me through the details first making sure I'm 100% comfortable with everything and signposts what she is doing throughout. Its about a 35 mile round trip for me to Dorset House so this shows how great the service is, there is no one else with whom I'd trust my face!
