Open times for bureau de change were wrong - theyre still closed. I suggested they get it updated so others dont waste a journey like I just did. Customer service rep was rude back suggesting its been closed since lockdown. I told her I dont shop here - how would I know that? I was only trying to be courteous and forward thinking. Clearly this member of staff hasnt heard of it, nor that customers are generally right.
