        Very poor service & unprofessional. Cancelled 2 hours before my appointment without a reason. No issue at all, as I was able to rebook. They cancelled 1.5 hour before my second appointment via email and refused to answer my call or respond back. I wasted so much time & money travelling both days. Similar has happened to friends and family. Avoid.

        I am so pleased we purchased hydrafacial for our brand. The company has been really professional to deal with and the training has been amazing. Hydrafacial has an on line protocol with all training and marketing materials already to use within the business. Would recommend hydrafacial to all businesses.
