Lucy was fantastic, efficient and professional when dealing with a stressful dispute I was having. I would highly recommend as I wouldnt of been able to do it without her help.

WHAT AN ABOSLUTELY VILE ORGANISATION. The ncs is without doubt the worst organisation I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Firstly they are meant to be there for you, the consumer and they are meant to be independent and unbiased. However what I and many others have experienced with them could not be any further from this. I really really plead you to ABSOLUTELY AVOID this vile organisation, if you can. However if you have an issue with a car garage you may not have a choice but to use them. If this is the case I deeply suggest that you do not hold any expectations from them to deal with things fairly and with integrity. Just bide your time and get to the end of the process. You have to remember the ncs are not regulated and they choose to be they way the want to be (money orientated, financially funded by public taxes and completely biased). It is the garages choice of which ADR organisations they like to use and they usually go with the worst of the worst, the ncs. Either way if you are lumbered with Stewart Tyler do not hold your breath for any form of integrity and independence. He is so far in the garages pocket he does not know where the hand starts and the pocket begins. He had no respect to listen to any of the garages lies I raised to him directly and he completely ignored these in a blatantly biased and unfair manner. Even the garage unintentionally admitted to their negligence in their paper evidence and he did not have any decency to put this to the garage himself as the mediator. If I could issue them 0 stars, I would do it in a flash. AVOID THE PEOPLE IN THIS ORGANISATION, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL INTERESTS IN MIND. ONLY THEIR OWN!

Absolutely excellent service. After being messed around by Evans Halshaw for five months, and the motor omsbudman doing a totally inept job, this company sorted it within a matter of weeks. Would highly recommend.
