        Brian is a very nice man and his charges are very reasonable however I was disappointed that he didn't contact me if there was any issue with installing the OS onto a NVME M.2 instead of the HDD which was incredibly slow. I've not received contact upon contacting twice in regards to this. It's a shame but I shall not return.
