        Grown man in full salvation army uniform with collection box on the outskirts of Rugby hassling young teenagers for cash, followed at least one male teen, 13 years old, the boy told him to stop following him. The man then continued to follow the boy home and actually let himself in to where the boys mother screamed at the man to get out. The man replied "That's very uncharitable of you". If this man is seen again in the area it's him who will need charity and help!
