Brilliant special menu for our party. The canapes were amazing...totally different to the norm and the flowers were a lovely touch. We had several different dishes for the buffet, in particular the whole salmon was complimented on by our guests. Oh and the brownies! Totally exquisite. The entire evening was a success and that was down to the team at Seasons Pantry. Thank you!

Greek meze style sharing food for a Wedding 2018. Russell was everything he promised not to be ...which was sadly the most disappointing thing at all. 10 guests didnt show up for the meal (still charged for) but yet there was STILL not enough food to go around (promised there would be plenty), Dishes on the printed (And placed on tables For guests to see) menu were not bought to the tables, food was cold and in some cases dry and under seasoned, in others greasy and congealed. Some tables waited for their food for 1 hour after others had finished theirs (promised this wouldnt happen), barely any staff provided (promised 2 servers per table). Contacted Russell to give the negative feedback and received a very defensive reply with no apology or offer of compensation. Poor quality and unprofessional. Would not use again.

Dreadful We chose Seasons Pantry and Russell to cater our wedding in August 2019, because they had seemingly good reviews, great photography, slick marketing and Russell was very proactive when it came to responding to our initial queries and questions. The proactivity and responses immediately tapered off once we had paid the deposit however and everything went downhill from there. Leading up to the wedding, we were worried about a no show, as a result of other reviews we later discovered. It seems others have been left in the lurch on or around the day, which is terrible. This led to considerable stress and us having to put up back up plans and putting extra effort into chasing Russell to meet. Out of the blue, Russell dropped the bomb shell that we would have to pay for his oven equipment despite this not being listed anywhere in the contract. We had budgeted very carefully for the wedding as any couple would do and so we had a sit-down with Russell where he relented eventually and he agreed that if we paid more money early, this allow him to book the ovens. We did so under the agreement that the money was a holding fee for 110 guests and that as long as we informed him of the final numbers 3 weeks before the bid day, we would be paid back the difference. This was all in writing in the contract, however ever since the wedding day Russell has ignored calls, emails and all attempts to contact him. His website is down and he is clearly attempting to relent on returning our money. This is all bad enough, but to the most important mater of the catering itself, the mains were cold, the vegetarian option contained meat Yes, that really was the case. One of our guests noticed the taste of meat, which she had not eaten for years and when we asked Russells team, we were informed that there was probably some meet in the sauce on the vegetarian pasta. This was hugely disappointing. They also run out of evening food despite us paying for the appropriate portions. All in all, we were hugely disappointed with Russell & Seasons Pantry and I would advise anyone to strongly think again about working with him or his team. I have read other reviews with similar stories and I really hope no one else has to go through this.
