I have been working with Matt for a number of years now and with his help have brought my business from micro business with a team of 20 to a successful SME with a team of 80. I would never declare this to Brett, but I do not think Glued would have survived the pandemic had Brett not helped us calculate, display and become accountable for our profit and loss on a monthly basis. Fortunately he coached us to do this a few months before the lockdown.

We have now had a few meetings with Matt and have found them to be very useful. He has encouraged us to focus our time and efforts on what is important to move the business forward, rather than getting bogged down with the day to day jobs. His guidance has encouraged us to continue with a more structured way of running the business too. We would highly recommend meeting with Matt!
