I visited the clinic a day ago to have my first secret pro facial treatment. Philippa was very professional, talking me through each stage of the procedure, putting me at ease. She also told me what to expect afterwards which very much helped. Professional, friendly, very competent therapist. Highly recommended.

I saw Helen for semi-permanent makeup and got my eyebrows done. Helen was very professional, but also really nice. She was pleasant to speak to while I had my brows done, and at my 6 week checkup she actually managed to remember things we'd spoken about weeks ago. Which was a really nice thing, as I'm sure she has loads of clients. As for the brows themselves I am REALLY happy with the results. They look beautiful, and exactly as I expected. 10/10 I have been raving about Helen and my experience to all my friends and family. If you're thinking about having semi permanent cosmetics, this is the place to go and Helen is the person to see!

I travel a lot and its been really hard for me to find an injector that understands my vision and needs but that I also trust their judgement. I am more permanently based in Thailand but travel to the UK to see Helen because she fits all those requirements I find most valuable in an injector. Cant wait for my next appointment. I cant recommend her or her lovely colleagues enough.
