I would 100% recommed Ami's brow&Lash Bar. I have been going there since it first opened. Amazing customer service and very friendly staff. Constiently good shape for eyebrows from past fewyears. pathetic place, unfriendly staff. I checked at home and there were around 10 appointments available for eyebrow threading. I reached there and the lady said "i am fully booked"(standing there using her phone and doing nothing else) there was another one also standing and doing nothing at all. I said i just checked, and there is an aplointment available ( I showed her on my phone) she said oh its not me, its her( pointing at other lady) and said that actually our internet is very slow so it does not update the page properly. Time at this point was 4:20pm ( salon closes at 5:30pm) and they talked to each other, one saying that" i am not taking this appointment, I am leaving for home". I have never seen such an unprofessional and unfriendly staff in rugby ever before. I mean the time they took to turn me down was enough for them to have my eyebrows done. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME to visit this place!!!

Used to come here for years as its the only salon that I know of that threads eyebrows. Some of the staff are Not very friendly and they dont do a good job and too pricey last time I went in there it was empty I asked if she could do my eyebrows quickly and she said they were too busy???? And she had someone on the way I walked back past again 15 min later and it was still empty! Liar she just couldnt be bothered will never use them again!!! Service: Eyebrow threading
