        The customer service is amazing by all staff at the branch. I was helped earlier on today by a lovely lady named Iky. She was very quick, precise, informative and extremely friendly.

        Have started using this branch as NatWest have now succeeded in closing branches in Market Harborough, Long Buckby, Kingsthorpe and Daventry - all of which were were more convenient for me. Have had good, friendly service so far but negotiating Rugby's one-way traffic system is not a relaxing experience!

        Constant problems with cash machines, you have to wait in line and put cash through the cash register. But your workers are really great! But do something from the ATM.
