        I was trying to fit the roofbox at Halfords and I was couple minutes late due to meetings and traffic. The employee Sam was extremely rude saying in cannot be done as I've missed my slot. After I've asked him if there is any chance for fitting the same day I was given a lecture about staff lunch times and prospect customers that might need service taking priority. That is bizzare approach considering that I am an existing customer and planned to leave a lot of money at Halfords and I always had a great experience before. He finally offered me slot for next day and then started to play with my data asking me multiple times to spell it and behaving like offended by my presence. This is not good customer service at all. This type of behaviour should be left after leaving playground but the young age is no excuse for rudeness.

        I called in today to pick up wiper blades for my car. Nicole was already busy, sorting out stock, but she was quick to help me with finding what I needed. Nicole was quick, efficient, and a credit to her store. Many thanks.
