Toby's work is of such a high standard I would not hesitate to recommend QW conservation. He's extremely talented but more than that.. my ornament has little monetary value nevertheless Toby took great care to restore it to its former glory. Thank you QW conservation.

My partner was deeply upset when I broke the finial off a fine china bowl's lid - one of a pair. Toby repaired the finial to such a high standard it was like a scene from the Repair Shop when I returned to collect the lid - I was amazed to see the lid with the fixed finial looking as good as new. The real test was passed with flying colours when I presented my partner with the repaired lid alongside the other bowl's perfect lid. She could not determine which was the repaired lid. We cannot recomnend Toby highly enough and will definitely using his unique skill set and services in the future!

After a very unfortunate breakage, Toby restored a jug that meant a lot to my partner. The result was stunning, beautiful workmanship, restored with great care, and the jug now looks better than it did even before the breakage. I would highly recommend Toby and have already given him another piece to restore.

We were devastated when a picture fell off the wall and knocked over a precious vase, I looked on line and had several quotes, QW Conservation were extremely competitive. We went with them. The results I cannot put in words, suffice to say it was perfect, you would think nothing ever happened. I was worried when I enlisted QW Conservation, only because I have never had a repair done before. My worries were unfounded. If I need ever need any more repairs done I would definitely go back to this man. Anybody worried about who to use, don't. Use QW Conservation and you will be delighted, as we are. Gavin
