Drovers House

This is a lovely care home, the manager is a very warm and friendly man. The residents are doing great as well.

My partner is staying temporarily at Drovers House. Due to sepsis, he had his leg amputated. He is getting rehabilitation there, before going home. In Drovers House is very clean and there is warm, homely atmosphere. Staff is very kind and professional. Before entering house, strict anti - COVID regime is followed ( anti - COVID test, temperature check and decontamination of body and clothes in special gate), which is very good, as residents there are mostly elderly, and vulnerable people. House is also pets - friendly. Two cats are also " residents" there , so people staying there, can feel more like at home. My partner loves it, because we have two cats at our home! There is also access to free drinks and snacks, or cup of tea, or coffee for residents .There are several mini lounges with comfortable armchairs and sofas, where they can watch TV. My partner says, that food is very tasty ( and belive me - he is very picky about his food!). Residents have also access to the garden, where are few tables and chairs, so they can enjoy fresh air, when the weather is nice. General impression is very positive , and I think, that your love ones will be very good look after there!
