        Got there just as the kitchen was closing and they stayed on to give us what I can only describe as the best food I've ever had in a pub, and some of the best I've ever had in any restaurant. Jo, behind the bar, was warm and fantastic. And we had the added pleasure of meeting Pete and Stanley Baxter while there...yes, ask to meet Stanley...he's a rare treat! Thanks all.

        I couldn't fault the food - me and my partner went along for Sunday lunch and it was delicious - and plenty of it. I would defo recommend a visit to this place! Staff were lovely and friendly also
