Excellent from start to finish. We stayed with Jackie and Martin for one night in August and everything about our stay was wonderful. Fantastic communication before arrival, then met by warm, friendly hosts. Martin makes a brilliant cup of tea! Every small touch has been thought of; we couldn't have asked for anything as every detail has already been done! The hosts made us feel incredibly welcome, whilst giving us complete privacy and space at the same time - a difficult task to manage ordinarily. We were offered brilliant tips for where to eat in the evening, with Martin offering to book on our behalf. (The Ship is less than 10 minutes' drive away and is absolutely delicious!) Breakfast was 12/10, the local produce was absolutely delicious and wide selection was above and beyond. We ate like kings, which was perfect for our long journey ahead. The only negative I can think is that we couldn't stay longer! The views are really stunning out of every window at Manor House, and we especially loved the comfy armchairs for watching the world go by on the landing. Thank you, Jackie and Martin. We will be absolutely sure to return.
