        Sadly our purchaser used this company and due to severe incompetence by Chapel House , despite the offer being accepted 06/07/21 with a completion date 29/09/21 the completion did not occur until 26/11/21. The stress this caused to so many people was horrendous. Surveyors not arriving as "not booked into system correctly by Chapel House" and release of funds being promised to happen with in 72 hours from early November. AVOID

        Don't get stung by this company with massive non refundable upfront fees and no mortgage at the end of it then find as we did that you can get a mortgage at a better rate from a high street building society in 15 days for a 399 fee from an honest broker
