        Bought a rug online which qualified for free delivery as over 60 which is advertised all over the website. I returned the rug at my cost of 8.50 and only received a partial refund which was minus 5 with no explanation to what the deduction was for. On phoning Fearns farm to question the partial refund I was told it was for the postage to which I explained I didn't pay postage as my order qualified for free delivery as it was over 60. The lady then hung up on me!! Not impressed, poor customer service not to mention wrongly withholding part of my refund. Will not shop at Fearns farm again!
