Sent me the wrong order, didnt want to send me the good one because it wasnt on their terms. Made me lost money and 3 months of waiting.

I called this company for some advice today about one of their kilns I was interested to buy, I wanted some help to find out what would be best for my requirements. As a professional Stained Glass Artist of thirty years I always do my research and appreciate any technical support. I had naturally looked at other suppliers and concluded that Tuffnell Glass could have just what I needed and called after a Bank Holiday weekend and spoke to a guy who said he would call me back as the line was bad In the meantime I called Metal Clay Ltd as they had a smaller version which was nice too, they were very helpful and we spent time going through the spec together. I called Tuffnell Glass back to resume our convo,but on the other end of the phone was a very agitated and aggressive woman who upon finding out I had asked another companys advice told me I was using them and that I should go and buy it somewhere else and put the phone down on me twice. I was so upset and insulted so I rang back from another phone as they werent answering to me and spoke to the owner guy who although I was told wasnt in for the rest of the day was Naturally they closed ranks and Im afraid I lost my temper and swore at them.. This is not like me and I feel bad for that but my goodness Im so glad I didnt buy from them as I am certain they would be awful to deal with if I needed further support. Still in shock edit (the angry language from me came after the aggressive & rude behaviour )
