Absolutely amazing customer service! A Christmas package was delayed (no fault of esmie at all) and they were so sweet and provided constant updates and discounts. The managing director Kim was so sweet! Also their products are the best, I have been buying my mum their daily year diaries for a few years now, which she uses religiously! Thank you again! x

We recently ordered a photo album and a journal from Esmie. Due to a shipping error with DPD the order was delayed but the guys from Esmie were quick to resolve the issue, covered the additional import fees and even upgraded our order free of charge. The products exceeded our expectations! The handcrafted album is beautifully crafted. The cover paper is absolutely gorgeous, rich in details and we just love those golden accents! The pages are made of a nice and thick off-white paper. You can clearly tell the guys from Esmie put care and pride into their products. The price is quite steep but definitely worth the extra dime. We'll certainly be ordering again in the future!

Such beautiful journals and books and paper products! They are all works of art - every year I look forward to my new diaries and journals ... the people who work there are absolutely the best - so helpful, kind and always responsive ... their paper products are the best quality you can find! Wonderful customer service! Wish I could give them 10 stars!
