They emailed me about a study. I phoned up & booked a screening about a month before the start date. 4 days before my screening they rescheduled the screening. 3 days before the new screening date & 11 days before the admission date they cancelled the whole trial because they didnt have the correct approvals. Received a email informing me of this saying why not check out our other studies, they only have 2 studies & neither are suitable for women that arent post-menopausal.

Received a email days before my week long trial telling me it was cancelled. Despite me restricting my diet medicine and exercise for 2 weeks, despite me having already booked time away from work. To tell me just mere days ahead in an email is really disrespectful.

Great experience here as usual, the staff are just next level brilliant, they work so hard but still manage to remain friendly and personable! The wards are OK, but the bathrooms in wards 1 and 3 need updating and extra loo needed with the amount of people they have in there. Would still return and recommend to friends.
