Vision Express Head Office

I had the worst experience possible with Vision Express. Normally I use Specsavers, but this time I chose Vision express. My issue is that there is no after support. After 4 weeks the screws from the arm of my glasses fell out. I first contacted the Oxford street branch were I bought the glasses and was advised that any Specsavers branch could assist me. So I first tried the Croydon branch and I was told that they don't support the model I had. I asked if they could call the Bromley branch and find out. They said that they had to first see the glasses. I than called the Oxford street branch again and they said they had to see the frame first. I asked them if they were able to check their records and find out which frame I had and then mail me the screws and I would fix the frame. The store person called Ann said she would first check with her manager and call me back. She never called back and when I decided to call them, the phone wrang for 20 minutes without anyone answering. I ended up buying screws on Amazon and fixing the glasses myself. What an abysmal service. Back to Specsavers next time....

Kamal from vision express harrow is a JOKE in providing customer service, he is aggressive, rude and it was a shocking experience trying to get information out of after waiting 25 minutes on the phone. ZERO customer etiquette and knowledge of how to deal with someone after I had told him my situation. NO sympathy and i WILL NEVER pay Vision Express a single pound again. AFter telling him that i would raise a complaint he said in a disgusting manner "go ahead , go ahead" ... what a disgusting person. I am shocked with Vision express having people like this working for them.

Out of this world customer experience. Honestly up there with the best ever customer services I've ever had.
