        I've always used Nova gas for my bottled gas. Recently had a small issue with one new bottle and it was changed immediately wihtout any fuss. Brilliant service and big thanks to Gary for delivering and fitting the replacement. Great work guys. Thanks.

        Never ordered but the burmarsh driver nearly hit my bike and when I called him out on it he got aggressive and threatened too hot me

        Read other reviews... well I was with Calor, but up to 3 weeks wait for a delivery, didn't call back when promised and increased rates a few times in short space of time. A quick call to Novagas, and not only are the deliveries more frequent, but they answered the phone quickly, politely and are able to supply at a better rate. 5 stars from me!

        It seems that they are happy to take your money, but Not deliver when promised & are good at blaming it on all sorts of things. But will NOT offer to give any compensation, when their at fault.
