Just in the process of buying my first house with my girlfriend and we used Garry for a HomeBuyer report on the property. He talked me through the whole process and he was very personable, professional and efficient. He even rang after he'd completed the survey just so we knew that there were no major issues, to settle our minds before he'd written the report. He also explaied the few things in detail over the phone that he felt were necessary to explain so I had a full understanding.

Garry is very thorough and discussed my survey with me at length on the phone in terms I could understand. I also consulted with him on two further occasions and he was very patient and helped me resolve my worries. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting a survey if you want honest, professional service.

Garry was brilliant with my first Home buyers survey. I wasn't 100% on the steps with it being my first time buy and he explained the process in thorough detail. After the survey he rang me to fully explain a couple of issues at the property before sending the report to me. The report was extremely helpful and detailed. Would highly recommend!
