        Tried all day to get through and no-one answers the phone, my prescription was sent 9 days ago by GP and still waiting. Definitely gone down hill since Nicholas left. I'll be changing chemist, they're worse than trying to get through to GP's, and not very helpful.

        I dont know why they have a phone because they never answer it so if you want to check if your prescription has arrived from your doctor you have to go the chemist which mostly a wasted journey
